Privacy Policy

The controller of your personal data is Miron Łajming. For any questions about personal data, write to contact@mironlajming.com.

• Contact form: name, email address and message, to answer your inquiry and continue the correspondence. Legal basis: consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for concert or collaboration inquiries, steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Emails sent directly to contact@mironlajming.com: the data contained in the message, to handle the correspondence. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Security: IP address and technical request data (e.g. browser type, time of visit) in server logs and, for up to 10 minutes, in server memory to protect the form from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics): aggregated, anonymous visit data (page visited, referrer, country, device type, browser and operating system), to understand interest in the website. The tool uses no cookies and does not identify visitors: visits are distinguished by a hash of request data that is discarded after 24 hours. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data is processed on the controller’s behalf only by technical service providers:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and visit statistics,
• Resend, Inc. (USA): delivery of contact form messages (servers in the European Union, Ireland),
• OVH SAS (France): email inbox.

Transfers to the USA rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses. Data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

• Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and then for no longer than 12 months. If the inquiry leads to a contract, data is kept until any claims arising from it become time-barred.
• Server logs: no longer than 30 days.
• If you withdraw your consent, contact form data is deleted without delay.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Just write to contact@mironlajming.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to send a message. Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

This website uses no advertising or tracking tools. Visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) work without cookies. The only cookie stored is the functional NEXT_LOCALE cookie, which remembers your chosen language and does not require consent.

YouTube videos load only after you click them and are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment on, Google Ireland Ltd. processes data under its own privacy policy.
